Avanon LLC · Last updated July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Avanon LLC ("Avanon," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Avanon Pulse (avanonpulse.com and app.avanonpulse.com), including our text messaging services.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service: routing and answering messages on behalf of the businesses our customers operate, maintaining accounts, billing, support, and service communications. Message content is used solely to operate the conversation service for the relevant business.

3. Text messaging (SMS) privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messaging service itself (e.g., our telecommunications providers) or as required by law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) the business a consumer has contacted, so it can serve that consumer; (b) service providers required to operate Avanon Pulse (hosting, telecommunications, payments, email), bound to use it only for that purpose; and (c) authorities when required by law.

5. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit.

6. Your choices

Consumers may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Businesses may access, update, or delete their account information from the dashboard or by contacting us. For any privacy request, email avanonhq@gmail.com.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version will always be at avanonpulse.com/privacy. Questions: avanonhq@gmail.com. Avanon LLC, Austin, Texas.
